Car Count? Fan Count

Okay guys,

I will admit it, I actually thought about going to Painesville on Saturday night, but I opted to go to Lorain instead.  I love the camper pulls, but i did not want to be dissapointed if only 3 guys showed up.  I was just curious what was the car count? in the camper pull?  Were more fans there than before. I mean i did notice they did some more marketing for this event.  Did Bobby make an announcement in the stands regarding any of this talk on the website or whatever?  I have my guesses that it was completely ignored and nothing was said and all was happy! haha.  From reading everyone's blogs it seems like it was a good 4 cylinder race but what about the other divisions?  And for any of you Joe Coursen fans he won his 4 th feature straight at Lorain.

  1. You missed a great show! I believe there were 12 camper pullers in the race. It was great and my wife and I laughed our butts off! That race rocks, not to mention there were several other great races during the evening. Great attndance too! It was the good old times for a night and only hope it extends to another.

  2. Agreed - you missed a great night of racing!  Stands were packed full and had 12 participants in the camper pull.  Everybody seemed to have a good time in the stands!

Thanks guys, yeah I knew it would be crap shoot, I should have known that even a few campers make for a great race!  Maybe I wil come if they have a demo derby.  The Demo Derbies are usually pretty good too. Maybe some day i will change my mind and come back to Painesville full time...but i just dont know.  Thanks again, for the updated because we know that management doesnt update haha
